Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are designed to protect both our clients and our team. By placing an order with Xeric Services, you automatically agree to the conditions below.
Service Policy
Manual completion only
- All services are completed 100% manually — we never use bots.
- RuneLite screenshots may be requested to confirm progress or order details.
No login interference
- Once your service has started, do NOT log in, change your password, or enable 2FA.
- Doing so may delay or cancel the service.
Account preparation
- Only provide the account access required for the service.
- Never share your Bank PIN unless the service specifically requires bank access.
Authorized payments only
- Payments may only be handled by authorized Xeric staff inside an official ticket.
- Anyone else is an impersonator / scammer. We are not responsible for losses caused by dealing with fake staff.
- Always open a ticket before making any payment.
No DMs — tickets only
- We will never DM you first.
- We will never request payment or account information outside a ticket.
- Always confirm all trades and agreements inside your ticket.
Order Expectations
Timeframes
- We do not guarantee exact completion times — orders are completed as quickly as possible.
- Some services may take longer than expected; no compensation is provided for delays.
Unwanted XP / levels
- We are not responsible for unwanted XP or levels gained during a service.
Ironman death disclaimer
- We take no responsibility for deaths on HCIM or UIM accounts.
Bank value disclosure
- For login services, the customer is responsible for declaring their bank value.
- Customers must ensure the assigned worker has the required deposit coverage before service begins.
Account readiness
- Required quests, levels, and items must be prepared before ordering.
- Missing requirements may result in additional charges.
Ironman pricing
- Pricing for Ironman / UIM / HCIM services may differ. By ordering, you agree to these pricing conditions.
Account Safety
- We never type in-game, conduct trades, or engage in illegal activity.
- All services are completed manually to maximize account safety.
Accounts & Gold
Final account sales
- All account sales are final. We are not responsible for bans or offences after delivery.
No account refunds
- Once account login details are provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Gold transactions
- All gold sales are final. We may repurchase gold at current market rates.
- Beware of scammers — we will never ask you to return GP.
Loot ownership
- All GP, coins, and unique drops obtained during service belong entirely to you.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details and account information.
- Delays caused by missing or incorrect information are not our responsibility.
- Service speed may vary depending on worker availability and queue volume.
Community & Conduct
- Customers may not promote, advertise, or offer services that compete directly with Xeric Services — including via Discord bios, profiles, statuses, or linked platforms.
- Customers found engaging in direct competition may be removed from the Xeric community at staff discretion.
- In that case, completed work is fully calculated and deducted; of any remaining unfinished balance, 80% is refunded and 20% is retained as a server fee.
Post-Service Security Confirmation
- After completion you have 24 hours to change your password, set a bank PIN (if needed), and confirm your account's safety in the ticket.
- If we don't hear from you within 24 hours, the account is considered secure by default and the ticket is closed accordingly.
Ticket Safety Reminder
- We will NEVER message you outside of tickets to ask for account info. Always communicate inside your ticket.
Policy Updates
- Xeric Services reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
- Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated terms.
