Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect your account information. By using Xeric Services you agree to the handling described below.

Information We Collect

  • Account details: your email, username, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text). If you sign in with Discord, your Discord ID, username, and avatar.
  • Cookies: a secure session cookie to keep you signed in, and a cookie that links a guest support ticket to you for the session.
  • Order information: the service details you provide, your RuneSpace name (RSN), and order progress.
  • Service media: RuneLite screenshots or clips may be captured to confirm progress.
  • Service credentials: any account access you provide for a service, handled securely and only for that service.

How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver and track the services you order.
  • To communicate with you about your order inside support tickets.
  • To process payments and maintain your wallet balance and order history.

Account Access & Credentials

  • Only provide the access required for the service — never share your Bank PIN unless the service specifically requires bank access.
  • Credentials you submit for a service are encrypted and used only to perform that service.
  • After completion you have 24 hours to change your password and set a bank PIN if needed; we recommend doing so.

Screenshots & Clips

  • Screenshots/clips may be requested to confirm progress for your order.
  • Any clip shown publicly in our showcase is masked — sensitive details (your name, chat, etc.) are hidden.

Communication

  • We only contact you through tickets. We will never DM you first.
  • We will never ask for payment or account information outside of a ticket.

Data Security

  • Passwords are hashed; service credentials are encrypted at rest.
  • Access to your information is limited to authorized staff handling your order.

Policy Updates

  • We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated policy.
