Awaiting the next order…

Your items stay put.

Your worker's client can't trade, sell, or drop your valuable or untradeable items — it's blocked at the source. And the moment you want it, one button shuts the worker out and hands full control back to you.

What it is

The problem:a worker is a stranger with a mouse on your account. One careless click — a dropped untradeable, a stack traded to the wrong window, an item sold to a shop — and it's gone. Most item losses in this industry aren't theft; they're mistakes.

What item protection does: every order runs with a guard built into the worker's client. It blocks the actions that lose items — dropping anything valuable or untradeable, trading them away, selling them to a shop — before they can happen. Your worker can do the job, but the client won't let your items leave.

And you're never locked out: a single button shuts the worker's client down on the spot and hands full control of your account straight back to you — no waiting, no asking.

Why it matters

No accidental drops

The most common way items vanish is a fat-fingered drop. The guard blocks dropping anything valuable or untradeable, so a slip can't cost you.

No sneaky trades or sells

Trading your items away or selling them to a shop is blocked at the client — the routes someone would use to siphon items simply don't work.

You hold the failsafe

One tap shuts the worker's client down and returns full control to you, instantly. If anything ever feels off, you end it yourself.

How it works

Item protection is on for every order — nothing to enable.

  1. 1Place your order. Protection is active from the first login.
  2. 2The worker plays as normal, but the client blocks every trade, shop-sale, and valuable or untradeable drop.
  3. 3Watch live anytime (Seal III) to see exactly what's happening on your account.
  4. 4Hit the shutdown button whenever you want — the worker's client closes and you take full control.

Common questions

What counts as a 'valuable' item?

Anything above a set value threshold, plus every untradeable, is drop-blocked by default — and trading and shop-selling are blocked outright. The list is enforced per order.

Can the worker just turn the guard off?

No. The guard is built into the locked client workers are required to run, and it can't be quietly switched off. You're the one with the off switch — a single button shuts the whole client down and hands control back to you.

What if I actually want something traded or sold?

You do it yourself. Just ask your worker to log out — or hit the shutdown button to take back control — then trade or sell whatever you like on your own account. The guard only ever applies while a worker is playing; your own hands are never restricted.

Do I have to turn it on?

No. Item protection runs on every order by default — there's nothing to enable and no upcharge.
